The Abandoned Orphanage

Seeing this book on kindle unlimited had no reviews, I felt like giving it a try. The story held my interest. I love paranormal thrillers and this book delivers. My only issue was editing. The book is still readable just a word here and there missing. On whole maybe 6 errors I noticed. Solid story, I read to the end, great characters, great ending. With a bit of work on editing it would be great.

Awful editing. This could have been a good book, but it was all over the place. The author didn't flesh out the characters enough. Hell, he couldn't even keep the names straight. This is the problem with anyone being able to publish their writing. Using the wrong words, like break instead of brake, and no subject-verb agreement throughout the book seriously takes away from the enjoyment. I didn't even have to pay for this book and I feel ripped off. Bottom line, don't bother.

The story had potential, however; the editing was awful. The editing was so bad that it made the story hard to follow. As for the book, I felt that it was a story that could have been really good and spooky, but the whole thing felt rushed.
